If you are looking for a company to steal your money and provide no service youve found it! Stay FAR far away from this guy. I called him back in December and he did come right out. Maybe he really thought he fixed the issue maybe he knew he did not . My dryer was not heating and he spent some time ?fixing? it and let me know he got it working. I paid the fee, which I had no issue at the time. He left and I ran my dryer to be sure it was in fact working. It was not. Still cold. So I called back to see if he would come back and fix it again or how we would resolve it. He told me to dispute it with my credit card company. This was my first red flag but rather than argue I did just that. Unfortunately my credit card decided it was valid. I called M appliance to request he just issue me a refund as he had clearly admitted he owes me my money back.
