"Hello Ron,I had a customer refer to your 1/2 star review on HomeAdvisor. Normally I don't read the reviews, but when I read yours I was somewhat disappointed. I checked my schedule going back to July 5th and HomeAdvisor never placed you to my outlook calender. It has been an ongoing issue for a while now that HomeAdvisor double books or instant books me. I DO attempt to contact all instant bookings. I would like to offer my apology. I am sorry that you missed time waiting for me for a job I was not notified about, I too, would be angry. Matthew."
