Mel was a man of his word and showed up when he said, did the work he said would be required at the price he quoted. He made my elderly mother feel very comfortable having him in her home and was very kind to her. She kept his card and we will definitely use his service again. As a Purchasing Agent for a large medical center, customer service is a big priority. This gentleman rates a 10 in our book.

We had laminate floors installed along with new baseboards. I felt that their pricing was very fair and was confident that they were very honest. The floors look great and everyone we talked to was really nice. I really appreciated that they helped us get what we wanted within our budget.

We ran into some minor problems initially, but one of the company's owners actually came out and did some of the work himself(!) to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the job. This is a company that cares about customer satisfaction.

They were great did everything in a timely matter

He's coming out to do the work on the 15th..he was nice and came out for the estimate already. I'm just adding that they came out and finished the job beautifully. I was so incredibly impressed with their professionalism and perfect craftmanship. I can't believe how they were able to match the color of the floor so well. The installer was kind and worked so hard to finish the job quickly. He even gave me some plumbing tips and a contact name for additional help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs wood floors!

Very good communication from this installer. Very fair labor costs as I had my own carpet. Workers were courteous and cleaned things up nicely when they were done.
