Drywall Repair
MB Construction was initially hired to replace and paint sheetrock in my home due to water damage. That portion of the job was completed on September 5. Afterward, I realized I had forgotten to include the replacement and painting of the baseboard. I contacted MB Construction, and they agreed to return and complete the baseboard work. They requested full payment upfront via PayPal, which I provided.
They scheduled the work for Saturday, September 13, but failed to appear. After I followed up, they rescheduled for Thursday, September 18, and again failed to appear. After two missed appointments and no communication to explain the delays, I hired another contractor to complete the job.
I am now requesting a full refund for the baseboard work that MB Construction was paid for but never performed. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring accountability for contractors listed on your platform.
