"You asked for several additional scopes of work that were never paid for including framing and trim carpentry. After you failed to pay for your additional work you said that we contaminated your home somehow and failed to provide any evidence of such contamination. When we started the project you said that you had your own electrician and HVAC contractor to do the work and save cost for the electrical and HVAC scopes of work. Your HVAC contractor never showed up. You then asked us to take responsibility for the electrical work that you had done by an unlicensed electrician and take full liability and lie to the city and say that we did the work."
"I am sorry you are not pleased and did not let us complete the last part of your job. We did our best to clean and help you with your project, and the delays for your hot tub and asking for additional concrete changes not required by code caused the timing delays. The hole we cut in your deck and concrete pad was done to code. It is superior quality. The concrete pad that we were hired to pour was done to the specifications that was given by your hot tub company. We asked for you to acknowledge your understood how the pad was going to be poured in writing, which we never received. The last small part of bench seating and any cleanup and or finish work left unfinished per your direction was less than 15% of the finished work of the project. We did this work at a significant discount. Best of luck to complete your project."
