I hired Dion and his crew to finish a bedroom in my basement. Dion called me that same day I requested an estimate. He was very professional and he came to my house the next day to give me a quote. I needed it done in 30 days. He quoted me a very reasonable price within my budget. I accepted and he followed up with me almost every day until it was completed. He and is crew are exceptionally professional and nice! Everything was completed on time with each group that came to finish. The bedroom was completed before my expectant date of Sept. 1st. and it looks great! Dion is someone you can trust and count on for communication. He also keeps his word and will get the job done to your standards! I would highly recommend M&B Construction for your next remodel or basement finishing!

Dion and his team were incredibly professional and kept open communication throughout the project. They were flexible with changes and updates made or issues that came up in our older, 1951 home. Dion was extremely helpful with choosing the right materials and remained conscious of our budget. We will definitely be giving them a call for our next indoor renovation!

From the first interaction, Dion was a true professional. He showed up when he said he would and the work was done exactly as described and on time. We had some tricky work hours to work around and it was no problem for Dion to schedule. I can't say enough about how happy I am that we worked with M&B.

I would not recommend anyone hire M and B Construction. I had nothing but problems with their quality of work, customer service, and value for what I paid them to do. They consistently blamed their subcontractors for poor work, but they hardly showed up to check on the subs they hired. I was left having to manage the project because of their absence. The contractors continually left a mess of my yard, damaged my deck, patio pavers, and fence. What should have been several day projects lasted over a month until we had to tell them to never come back because of their poor work. We gave them multiple chances to get things corrected and when I spoke with Travis telling him I was unhappy with the work, he agreed that he would not be either. Then the next day, his partner shows up and tells me that if this was his house he would not have even done the work the way it was being done. Completely unprofessional given that they were hired to do the job and they had full control of how things were being done. I also paid up front about 70% of the job and they did about 1/3 of the work they quoted me for and refuse to refund us for the work they did not complete.

I solicited detailed quotes from 3 different contractors and ultimately selected M&B Construction to remodel a former storage room into a fully finished home gym space. Of the 3 quotes I received; M&Bâ s proposal was the most competitive. My project required light demolition, extensive framing, some HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring. I also needed my project completed within a very tight timeline as I was expecting gym equipment to be delivered shortly thereafter. Travis, Dion and the entire team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They, and their service providers, wore masks in my home EVERY day during the process. They took great care to protect my floors and walls and treated my home, and my family with great respect. They took the time to answer every question and listen to every concern. Throughout the project and after they finished, they cleaned up the site as if they were never there. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. The fine details like paint and paint lines, trim and stain reflect the work of true craftsmen. â Remodelâ doesnâ t appropriately describe this project. â New Constructionâ is a better descriptor of the look and feel of the finished product. When problems happen (as they always do with projects like this), I found Travis, Dion and their entire team to be incredibly accommodating. They were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction with every detail of this work and went above and beyond to ensure that even the smallest issue was rectified. In fact, when the stain on the expensive doors I purchased wasnâ t right, Travis replaced the doors that I had purchased â on his own dime â to make sure they looked perfect. As with most projects of this nature, my contract included progress payments to M&B for different stages of the project. Early on, I accidentally paid the entire balance of the project, with the vast majority of the work still left to be done â removing any financial leverage I had to ensure the project was completed. Incredibly, Travis, Dion and the entire team worked tirelessly â days, nights and weekends â to complete my project on time and with the highest level of quality. You could choose any number of contractors to get your job done. If you are looking for competitive pricing, delivered by skilled craftsmen who are honest and professional, and who will deliver an amazing product â look no further. Hire M&B Construction immediately!

Travis, Dion, and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish! We needed a 22 year old redwood deck replaced rather quickly, and they completed it in less than a week from quote to completion. Very friendly and professional. Thank you!
