Vanessa is an absolute joy to work with. I have a commercial property with acoustic ceilings. Unfortunately the asbestos was disturbed. I decided to remove the entire ceiling (approximately 500 square feet). Vanessa's crew was on time, polite, professional and did the job in record time! I will be hiring them again when my other tenants vacate as I intend to remove the acoustic ceiling in my other commercial spaces.

Had water damage in my home an inspector came and told me I had asbestos Called a few companies and no one showed up. MBE was able to get there the same day and Provided an estimate the end of the day, Took a few days dealing with notifications but Took them 2 days to get started Great Communication which was very appreciate.

The worker that was sent out to my house was courteous and kind, their secretary very friendly and professional, and the workers that performed the abatement to complete my work at my property , they removed my tile floor and acoustic ceiling that came up positive with asbestos, they knew what they were doing, they left everything very clean , it passed the clearance test , I would definitely recommend this company ð
