MBR is fantastic. Our experience was perfect. From the first phone call to them ,to the day they did our roof, they were complete professionals. They were very patient with both my wife and I. We had so many questions, changed our mind a few times on type of roof, and also color of shingles. During the day that they began the job, Marco came by the house at least three times to check on the progress of the job, and each time he asked if we had any questions. He also took the time to even get on the roof to watch the roofers. Their employees were also very excellent.The office Manager, Candace,was awesome and excellent about returning our calls. The roofers were prompt, very nice, and did an excellent job. We were also very impressed with how they cleaned up the premises before they left our home. They were very meticulous to make sure they cleaned up any trash, paper, nails, etc before they left our home. We would definitely use MBR Roofing again.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Excellent thorough work solving and repairing complex roofing leak at a price within budget. Work was extensive yet completed in single day by a large experienced crew. Other roofer bids said they needed 3 days plus a 30% deposit up front, not these guys. MBR is not a large company so the comunication and service was flawless yet they have the muscle to handle the job quickly once onsite. They backed their work with a warranty, though the quality job and clean up speak volumes. Many times we have hired roofers for rental properties, but have never had a better roofing company than MBR. They know their stuff and opperate ethically without demanding deposit or money up front. Pleased they took care of our home as if it was their own. A +

Marco and his team are fabulous! This is actually the second time I have hired them and each time they have done a fantastic job. The first time they installed my new roof and this time they installed new siding. I must say If you are looking for the 'BEST" look no further because MBR is the best! MBR did a roof repair for me for a leak. This is a family business. Marco did both the bid and the repair. Communication was excellent. Roof repair done professionally and quickly with a one year warranty. Marco noticed that two of my vents had been installed improperly, and included that in the bid. It was a very small extra cost. The only other roofer that noticed the improperly installed vents gave me a bid of several hundred dollars more- and with no warranty. Highly recommend MBR!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I was taken advantage of by WINDOW GENIE OF NORTH AUSTIN whose poor services resulted in damaging my roof. Knowing roof repairs are expensive and could even cost over $10,000, I made sure to do my due diligence and research the roofers before I choose. I looked into over 10 companies and asked 5 to come out for inspection and estimates. (See my template on Google review.) Out of all of them, I chose MBR roofing and could not be happier. From scheduling to inspection to the actual roof repair, MBR roofing made the process easy and pain-free. Candace, who does handle the office was not only professional but also knowledgeable and understanding about my concerns given my terrible experience with the gutter cleaners. Marco himself (who is the owner) came out, was on time, and thoroughly inspected my roof. He listened to my concerns and answered all the follow-up questions. By the end of day, I received my estimate. Come repair day, Jose and his crew arrived on time and did such an excellent job on the project that I just had to take time to post this review (and add photos to prove it). They were on time answered my last minute questions, thorough in their work, and were careful to make sure my gutters were not further damaged. As added bonus, they even fixed the gutter guards and cleaned my gutters! (What Window Genie of North Austin failed to do.) Moving forward, whether its roof repair or full roof replacement, I trust no one else but MBR Roofing.

One of the few contractors I have dealt with who show up on time for appointments. The crew is experienced. They did a great job fast. My job is a small one: replace the roof of a 8' x 10' shed. The crew of 3 did it in about 2 hours. The office manager is always reachable and responsive. Very pleasant company to do business with.
