7-15-2020. This is an update to my previous review as my roof is now completed! I am so grateful I was referred to MBroofing! From the moment Matt responded to me I could tell he was focused on me and my questions re: the condition of my roof and need to replace. This was especially important to me in that my husband passed away several years ago and I needed someone I could trust. I found this with Matt and the team. My roof was replaced at a cost below my expectations. In addition, Matt performed repair work around my chimney and included extras at no additional charge. Even the cleanup following completion of the project was exceptional. If you are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, customer-focused roofer, go with MBRoofing!

I recommend MB Roofing 100%. Matt responded quickly to my request for an estimate and each time I texted him. He and his crew worked hard and had my roof completed in a matter of days. The roof itself is high quality and the workmanship seems perfect to me. Matt even threw in some extras that he felt I needed and did not charge me extra. I trust completely that he would come in the future and make things right if I ever have a problem.

My experience with MB Roofing was positive from the first phone call. The team was responsive and attentive to my needs. As we discussed the overall project, there were certain requirements that were unique to my roof. MB took the time to understand, ask questions, and provide recommendations. This was much different than the other companies I spoke with; the other guys were more interested in a project that fit their scope and schedule. MB Roofing evaluated my project, established a schedule, and met all of their commitments. Additionally they took care of a few surprises along the way. I could not be more satisfied with the work product and timeliness of MBRoofing. They adhered to their promised schedule (unlike my experiences with other contractors in the past) and constructed a quality roof on a somewhat complicated design. Every dormer, chimney, vent, and skylights were given careful attention to not only protect our home from the harsh weather of Northern Michigan but the team also scrutinized every detail to ensure an aesthetically pleasing finish. After the job was completed the crew meticulously cleaned the property and then flew a drone overhead for customer pictures. From start to finish MBRoofing lived up to the recommendation given by our realtor. I will end this review by stating that the products now available for roofing are significantly more advanced than just 10 years ago. MBRoofing ensured we understood the benefits of this evolution while also explaining the application and warranty. If you want a quality hassle-free roof call these folks you will not be disappointed. One last important point. The crew was polite, professional, and always took the time to answer our questions. They worked as a team, smiled and joked, and truly enjoyed what they were doing. It was obvious they knew their craft well.
