MBS Landscaping

I hired MBS Fence Company to replace my northern fence and install a new east fence with a gate. While the northern fence was fine, the east fence was a major disappointment. The posts were installed in the wrong location, causing the fence to misalign with the house and appear visibly oblique from the outside. Additionally, the posts were misaligned, creating a noticeable V-shaped deflection that is impossible to ignore. I specifically asked for the fence to align flush with the house, but they completely disregarded this. The gate was also smaller than requested (3 instead of 4) and lacked an inside handle, making it difficult to close. When I raised these issues, the owner was confrontational, repeatedly asking, Are you gonna pay me in a tone that felt dismissive, if not threatening. The poor workmanship, unprofessional behavior, and lack of accountability made this an extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company.

MBS installed a cedar fence on all 3 sides of my backyard (297 LF) and 2 gates. Each of the 3 fences were straight as arrows and all the same height. The gates made are the best I have ever seen. I am very happy!

Gerardo was great at communicating, prompt and did a good job! Will hire again if we need fencing.

I loved how he explained in detail exactly what was going to be done. Gentlemen showed wisdom of his work and years of experience. The job was finished in a timely manner as told prior to starting it. Definitely will recommend to family and friends in need.

They installed a beautiful cedar fence and even put on a clear coat to keep the look lasting. In addition, a whole bunch of prep work (I mean tree trunks, roots etc. Before laying down sod. I love it. They worked hard! Reliable and no slacking off. I would 100% recommend them to ANYONE!

They removed old fence, installed new cedar fence, clear coated it; clear all stumps, roots, etc. From back yard and replaced with sod. Hardworking, honest crew. I would most strongly recommend them.

Sod install was very good. Old grass and weeds were removed. Topsoil was spread over entire area after tilling up the soil. Sod estimate was perfect and instructions for watering in were appreciated.

Girado and his men did an excellent job on my landscaping project and was very responsive when I needed them to make a few adjustments to my sprinkler system after the fact. He even repaired a leak in the sprinkler system caused by me at no charge. I would highly recommend MBS.

Very nice crew. The boss listens to your requirements but does not follow them... I spent hours to get the removal of old sod proper and still not proper and then all morning myself to contour the dirt contour to allow proper rain draining. I am still completing the project with finishing the concrete grass edges cut, the garden edges finish edge cut, cut out areas around the sprinkler heads. Sorry to provide the true news... This project may have been too large for MBS... Nice guys, but what a lot of effort to get this 75% proper.

MBS Landscaping has completed several jobs for me since January 2021 including replacing a fence, trimming an overgrown tree and laying sod. I am very pleased with the work. Their professionalism, quality of work, and pricing will keep me as a returning customer for future projects.

Gerardo did a fabulous job on a fence replacement. The quote was fair and competitive with other estimates. He showed pictures of his previous work and pointed out some of the key differences in how he builds fences. I liked what I saw and hired him. He showed up on time and did a great job on a cedar fence. Highest recommendation for this company, I was completely satisfied.
