All work performed by MB Services (sump pump, exterior lamppost, electrical outlets) was completed in a timely and professional manner. Mr. Batista explained what was necessary to complete the work and offered suggestions and/or solutions where needed. Pricing was also very fair for work. Workers were efficient and thorough when cleaning up work area.

We have utilized Mr. Jesus Batista on several occasions & have not been disappointed one. Jesus is always on time, finishes and cleans up job site. In this particular job he installed a Hot Water Recirculating Pump on my Water Heater along with that he fixed my soft close cabinet trash pull out & rehanged a cabinet door that was pulling away from frame. He also repaired buckling floor in kitchen making it appear new again. I would recommend Jesus Batista for any job big or small for he was the man that deplumed the house for us along cleaning crawl space and vaporizing it + reinsulated between joists. Then there was the front deck with overhead he constructed giving front of house a makeover. I could go on and on but we have always had excellent results when hiring Mr. Batista.

He was pretty knowledgeable about the work and was able to discover some additional places in the siding that needed repair. He also did a few other small jobs for me which was a relief since I didn't have to call someone else.

Projects: (1) Secure under house insulation which had begin to fall-down. (2) Install kitchen & dining area flooring with Allure Shale Grey RLNT Tile along with repairing/replacing base-board & quarter round in both areas. (3) Install kitchen ceiling fan/light combo & rewire. (4) Install bathroom sink faucet & plumbing. (5) Repair bathroom ceiling/wall seam & repaint whole bathroom. Mr. Jesus Batista was punctual every day performing each task impeccably. His pricing is very reasonable. I'm so pleased with all the work he has performed for me that I am planning on having him return to build a stairway. I am elated I found Mr. Batista, a true professional & master of his craft. The best part about Mr. Batista is; he listens to the customer. This is the best

Drywall Repair
popcorn texture to ceiling drywall not restored and paint not matched. Customer service regarding response time and courtesy outstanding, but work extremely poor quality and not satisfactory. Contractor said he would return to correct issue but never did. I am glad he did not cut out section of drywall to replace as initially assessed. The small repair area looks as if an amateur did the work.
Response from M B Services Construction Company
"As far as I know I went to lowes and they mix 9 times paint to match what was not even painted an I related to the customer and better than what it looked like I don't even think it would come out right So sorry if you felt like that.jesus"

The team did good work, but I had to do more quality control than I should have. There were some bad cuts on our deck and the staining wasn't done right. We also had uneven placement of the boards on our gate and the use of a warped landscaping post. In the end, the owner was very responsive and made everything right. I am satisfied with the finished product.
