Kitchen Remodel
A difficult company to work with. Would promise to complete ob or follow up on issue and then procrastinate or never follow through. He left a sink that we asked to be thrown away after demolition that was never thrown away � we had to do it ourselves. When the sink was removed it left a leak which we asked him to fix, but he never fixed it. We lent him our keys.He claims he has �lost� the keys. We filed complaint about this issue in which he did not respond to the BBB. Door was not installed as we asked it to be. Sloppy work - had to call him back him back out to do patchwork that should have been done the first time.

"As for the keys, it happened we lost the key. They where not marked or did not have tags on them. No one knows who's they are. Then demanded that I rekey there house. On a job that we had to come down on our price to get. This is what the problem is, we as contractors have families and bills like everybody else and can't afford to give things away to people that expect everything for next to nothing. So to that I am truly sorry that they feel this way about my company, and I work everyday to perform and make my customers satisfied with the work that M.Boyd Construction performs.Thank you and hope your day goes as you would hope.
