M.C. Air AKA Empire Mechanical Services met or exceeded all of our expectations. We strongly recommend this company. Ours was a unique project involving the replacement of a 58 year old heat pump and condenser with a brand new, state of the art system. The original home owners chose Carrier as a brand way back in 1962 so for sentimental reasons we wished to replace everything with Carrier but were on a very tight budget. Michael Corboy drew up a proposal, with detailed sketches of a proposed custom reconstruction. His price was competitive. There were unforeseen challenges due to the age of our old duct system, and the arcane condensation drainage system, but he was able to creatively construct what is essentially a brand new AC/Heating system and still come in under budget... all without cutting corners or skimping on quality. It has been two months since he completed the project and so far everything is running ideally. In the 23 years that we ve lived here, we ve never experienced a more comfortable June.
