One Time Interior House Cleaning

I?m disappointed with my experience. I was quoted a price for a deep cleaning, but the job was not completed as agreed only my basement was cleaned. She told me she would return last Friday to finish, but never showed up, and did not answer calls or respond to texts. I stayed home waiting with no communication. Reliability and follow-through are very important when providing services, and unfortunately this experience did not meet expectations.?
