Arrived at our house right on time, talked to us a little bit so we could get to know him, and he went into the attic to see what was wrong with the airflow to one of our rooms. He explained the problem and solution clearly and quoted a very reasonable price. He did good work, was trustworthy, and I'm about to call him for another issue we're having with our attic blower.

Great experience. AC was out on a Sunday with party guests at my house. He called moments after submitting the request saying he could be here in 45 minutes. He shows up only 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem. Being Sunday, he couldn't get the exact part, but left me with the universal part to get everything working and worked around our schedules to follow up with the exact piece needed later that week. He'll definitely be my first call in the future.

I run a resturant and had a compressor failure in an open display. I explained to the tech the affect it had on my business. The tech rescheduled an appointment and showed up right on time. It took a litter longer then his estimate of 2 hours because the manfacturer sent a newer model and he had to custom make some connections. He did not charge extra and his bill was 35% lower then other quotes I had. The tech was very experienced, a gentelman, and I will call him for any of my refridgeration problems.

Mark response time was impeccable. I place the order with Servicemagic and less than 2 minutes later he called me and offered his services. He was flexible and was able to complete the service call within 2 hours of my call. Mark identified the "root" cause of our problem immediately and charge an extremely fair and reasonable rate. Note that Mark was our 2nd call for a repair that went wrong and we are truly grateful to him. I would recommend Mark in the future without hesitation.

seemed not much knowledge on bigger unit installation. hire this guy for small projects, he will mess up on the big jobs. and after he messes it up, he will never answer your phone calls.

"I'm not sure what got messed up. I have been doing work for this customer for over 4 years and have always been honest and fair with them. As well, I have even corrected an install that another contractor did when he told them they had no warranty. It was a competitive bid and I was high. I have always based my business on doing what was right, and had I known there was an issue it would have been corrected. I have called and left a message but have not had a reply."

I know nothing about furnaces so I cannot say as to whether the charge was low, fair, or high, but I will say that Mark came the same day, answered all my questions, was polite, worked quickly, and I have had no problems since. I will use him again. As to the cost it was worth it for me to have heat and it was about what I expected.

The owner, Mark Dentler, came out the very next day to check out what was needed to be done on our air conditioning system. He made his recommendations and gave us a very reasonable price. We agreed on a date for the same week and he was prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after the job. We would recommend him to all of our relatives and friends.
