He did the job correctly except for not doing the frosted shower doors and he was not able to fix any electrical, shower leaking, he didn't care anymore. I just feel that is unfear and unprofessional, I don't even want to come back, I just want the reimbursement.

He was a very nice guy to start with and during the work. He was supposed to be done by Friday, had to come back Saturday said, and would be done by noon. Did not get done until 8:00 pm. I was happy he was done, it was late. When checking it out, I missed he put clear glass and I asked and paid for frosted glass shower doors. Job was completed at the end of June. We had put a sheet over the doors to paint the rest of the bathroom and cabinets, so it was about 5 days later. I texted and emailed letting him know. To this day he still has not come to change it out. Plus the showerhead is leaking and the faucet is lose, again two months later, he still has not come to fix it.

I have been in the remodeling industry for most of my adult career and I am 53-year-old woman. I was a general manager for a local home-improvement company for 15 years. I would ve loved to have had Mitch and his helper work for me. From our very first communication with Mitch, all throughout the job, and completion, he was respectful, accurate, and a master craftsman. He did not take the path of least resistance in anyway shape or form. He had a hard time getting the old fence posts out.This was not an easy task. He had to take down and remove a very old fence and work around an oddly shaped configuration. He also had to tie into the neighbors property on three sides. Everyone is delighted with his workmanship. We have him coming back to do a few smaller jobs. And I do believe at least two other families have contracted him for jobs. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, workmanship, and he has a great sense of humor! It was very refreshing experience. Oh and I never once felt like he could not be trusted if I was not home. 5 Stars all the way!

Mitchell and his company went above and beyond. This was a stressful situation with damage from a leaking water tank/boiler combo unit. It was the small things that made me feel comfortable and appreciate his dedication and professionalism. He was upfront and honest about the work/pricing. Looking to hire them in the future for another project and have happily referred others I know with homes to them. The owner and crew are respectful, professional, and personable and my dogs thought he was their new best friend for a few days..lol. An excellent company can't say enough about them.
