About us

We specialize in commercial HVAC systems for clients such as schools, jails, and hospitals. We recently opened up a residential HVAC services unit. We target apartments, multi-family projects, and residential HVAC replacements. No job is too big or too small. We have contracted up to 3,000 HVAC systems per year. Our General Manager has 23 years of experience in the installation and servicing of HVAC systems. We have been satisfying customers in this area since 1995. We would like the opportunity to bid on your next project.

MCE was initially very responsive and courteous. Their technician was honest and told me he could not locate a problem-- as my heater appeared to be working fine when he arrived. However, a day later my heater was not working again. After trying to contact MCE's residential services coordinator for a day (without any luck) I contacted the operator at MCE directly who put me in touch with the technician. He promptly came out again and located the problem at no additional charge. The fee for replacement parts and work time was reasonable.

They actually made an appointment on the hour (as opposed to "sometime in the afternoon") The initial evaluation was 30% less than the other company I spoke to. The guy who came out was helpful, gave me full information, and worked with my schedule.
