I called for an Ice Maker repair in an office Refrigerator/Freezer. MCE responded quickly and scheduled repairman next day. He came on time and texted when on his way. Needed to source a part, did that and returned same day and completed repair.

First of all, after checking with manufacturers and store where purchased (both who couldn’t help us), we were excited to find
MCE SERVICES to repair our dishwasher (Bosch) and our refrigerator (GE).
Scheduling a service call was quick and easy. I was notified by a text and a call for time of service. Paul came out to check both appliances. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He had to do some trial and error on both to analyze the problems. He was very thorough and professional. The bill for time spent and work was very reasonable!! He did a super job, and I would definitely recommend MCE SERVICES!!

Called about a dryer that wasn’t working. Someone came out the next day! He was friendly and communicative. From the day I called to diagnosis and ordering parts (we have an old machine) to when he fixed it was less than 10 days. We were very impressed.

Very pleased with our experience! Making the appointment was a breeze and the service technician, Sam, arrived and quickly assessed our issue, which turned out to be electrical in nature rather than the appliance (oven) itself. Sam was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Hey patiently explained the situation to us several times so that we would know what to tell our electrician. He even help us by sweeping up the food crumbs behind our oven. I'm so thankful that he came to assist us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will use MCE again if we need them in the future.

Excellent service. They came and inspected my 30 year old GE Spacemaker washer/dryer unit, and determined that the part needed was no longer made by GE. Instead of trying to sell me on their services, or talk me into hiring them to make an expensive workaround repair, they advised me that I’d be better off buying a new one. And! They recommend multiple local scratch and dent shops where I could get a new unit at a greatly reduced price. The next time I need an appliance repair or install, I’m calling them immediately.

Do not let them come to your house to repair a refrigerator. They not only did not fix the problem, BUT they wasted 20 hours of my time over a two week period of time; refused to admit that they could not fix it; charged over $800; however I only paid $464 refund was offered with conditions

Mark is awesome! He is prompt and friendly. He quickly identified the problem with one of my glass top burners and ordered the replacement part. The part was back ordered and he kept me updated on its status. As soon as it came in he was here to install it. I am happy with Mark’s service and recommend him for appliance repair.
