"The flagstone patios was done with another contractor not us Mr. Rick Hannah knows that, the previous contractor used sand on his most of his patios, we just fixed the joints, We gave Mr. Hanna 3 years warranty and he was so happy with our work that he gave us extra works during past three years. He needs to find his previous contractor whose did the job for him but he told me he cannot get them back to fix his sloppy job. He is mistaking us with his previous contractors Mr. Rick Hannah gave me 5 stars reviews for the same job that we did 4 years ago please look at his reviews on 3/23/2018. This job was done on 2018"

"We explained and told Mr David it is not good to use polymeric sand on his walkway and patios, because of his flagstone was loose ,we told Mr David he needs to fix the flagstones foundation first before we do the joints on his flagstones but he did not want to spend extra money to do it right way at the first place, he was chosen the cheapest way to do the job, we did two retaining walls and fixing two large patios for $5400.0 including laborer and materials. It was the wind caused the polymeric sand blown around but we did cleaned up the sand, then he thanked us and paid us and said your price was very good and your quality works was very good too"
