MCL General Contractor Inc.

We had a wonderful experience with Erick and his team during our kitchen renovation. They installed our cabinets and floors and prepared everything perfectly for the countertop installer. We were concerned about timing since we had travel plans, but they completed the project on schedule — which was a huge relief. They were professional, respectful of our home, and always prepped the space before starting and cleaned up thoroughly each evening. The quality of their work and attention to detail really showed, and we are very happy with the final results. I highly recommend Erick and his team!

I can’t recommend Erick and his team highly enough. I’ve worked with him on multiple projects at my home, including a major kitchen renovation and, more recently, repairs to my floors after my home flooded with water. He has been incredible every single time. My kitchen renovation was a MASSIVE project. I essentially took what had been four separate, closed-off spaces — two living rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen, all divided by walls and doors — and completely transformed them into one large, open-concept space with the kitchen opening into the dining and living areas. It required significant structural changes and was a huge overhaul of my home. Before starting, I spoke with and received bids from around 17 different contractors. Erick stood out immediately. He was by far one of the most reliable, genuine, professional, and reasonably priced contractors I met, and choosing him ended up being one of the best decisions I made during the renovation. Erick and his team did an amazing job. They worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality, were always responsive and helpful, and handled every unexpected issue that came up along the way. With a renovation this large, problems are inevitably going to come up, but Erick never made them feel like a crisis. He would figure out what needed to be done, explain it to me, and solve it. That gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire process. One of the things I appreciate most about Erick is that I genuinely trust him. Home renovations can get expensive very quickly, and I spoke with plenty of contractors who seemed to overcharge for every little thing. I never felt that way with Erick. His pricing has always been fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. He is straightforward, honest, and never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. When my floors later flooded with water, Erick was also there to help me with the repairs. Having someone I already trusted completely made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines great workmanship, fair pricing, speed, reliability, professionalism, and genuinely good communication. Erick has all of those qualities. I’m planning to do more work on the exterior of my home in the future, and there is absolutely no question that I’ll be calling Erick again. After talking to so many contractors and going through such a major renovation, I can confidently say that Erick is someone I would recommend to my friends and family without hesitation. If you’re considering hiring him, do it!

We hired MCL for our kitchen remodeling. It included removing a wall, new countertops, new cabinets and new floor. We could not be more happy with the results. The professionalism and attention to detail from the team was exceptional. They took care of everything; from dealing with the engineer for making the new plans, getting the permit with the city and following up with them and fire department. Thank you so much Erick and the crew for making our dream kitchen come true!

Erick and his team were timely, efficient, and overall excellent in completing two big projects at our home. The first was a build out for a tight attic space installing a swing door entry that gave us much needed storage. He lined the entry with lights and paneled over a large space in tight quarters. The second involved a storage room build out from a very unfinished space that ended with a beautiful storage room relocating piping and installing recessed lighting. The whole time Erick was timely, accurate, and professional throughout and delivered on time with high quality work. I will use Erick for all future home projects and highly recommend him and his team.
