McMahon's Landscaping and Plowing

I am a landscaping supervisor for an apartment complex in the Green Bay Area. We hired McMahon Landscaping to update our black plastic landscape edging around all the buildings in our complex. This was obviously a considerable investment because we have multiple buildings as well as a landscape berm that runs across the front of our property. The first couple buildings the work was almost satisfactory, but the last several buildings the work was awful. All I can think is they had issues with their trenching machine because they cut the edging in half and just tacked it down instead of burying it properly and staking it down. The owner came out to property after repeated complaints about the workmanship from us. He admitted that the work was not properly done and promised to come back and fix the issues. He proceeded to blow us off and never came back to fix his mistakes. At first it was just excuses then he just ignored our contact attempts. He got his money and now hes gone, but karma has its way of working its self out.

They contacted me shortly after I made the request on Home Advisor, came to check out the job, and were able to do the job before the week was over. The workers were polite, pleasant, and worked quickly to trim the shrubs and do the fall cleanup on top of the retaining wall. I will recommend McMahon's to anyone needing landscape work done.
