They listened to our needs and concerns. The workers that they had come in to do the painting were very meticulous about their work. I can not say enough about the fact that they were just good people and wanted us to be satisfied with the work. I would recommend them. The only part of the whole thing was how long it took, but a hurricane interfered.

MCM came in when a previous installer was not able to start the work in the promised time. The project took longer than expected, but not entirely their fault. The old wood in one room was installed with the wrong adhesive and was a mess to remove. The finished work is outstanding. And they went "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering to clean my roof and fix wood rot caused by water seepage at no extra cost. They are at the top of my list for the next home repair job. (Wish I could add a picture of my new floors!)

We were so impressed with their service beginning with the estimate, which was way below two other estimates that did not include prevention measures such as the gutter system they installed above the door where the water was coming in. They identified the problem immediately and recommended a couple of options and actually suggested the cheaper option would be just as effective as the more expensive. They replaced the wood floor in our laundry room with a rubber floor looks exactly like the old floor and matched up almost perfectly. They were genuinely interested in our total satisfaction, which is rare today. They also do many other home services in addition to floors and we WILL be calling them again. Thank you Mike, great job and get ready to come back for more work.
