when you call the customer service, they answer right away. I had two technicians who came to my house they were very helpful . Those guys gave me much more details:) which will help me in the future.

Kurt is very responsive. Work crew has done a good job so far, but there have been some delays on my end due to having to replace faulty equipment. Assume the team will do a good job with finishing my gunite pool opening.

Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI.I had a major problem with my pool when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, im old school and don't impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools more than met the challenge.

These guys showed up when scheduled and worked until 8:15 PM until the job was done. We were losing water from our unground pool. These guys know what they're doing and got the job done. They were a pleasure to work with.

1st time using them, Replaced pool shut off valve. He was on time, professional and courteous. Too soon to tell if job was well done. Having them come back out to fix a leak at my pool heater. I'm optimistic. Oh yeah, fair price, no hidden costs.

Artie and Jason from MCM did a fantastic job cleaning and replacing some plumbing for my above ground pool. As a first time pool owner, both individuals took the time to answer all my questions and provided great tips for maintaining my pool. They were extremely clean, courteous and highly professional. I HIGHLY recommend MCM!

We had MCM close our pool, they were on time, nice, and fast. Got the pool closed very quickly and explained how everything worked and were more than helpful with answering any questions we had. They were a bit on the expensive side, but they know what they are doing!
