MCS Cleaning Services

Very happy with the work done, highly recommended.

This company was phenomenal! They showed up when they said they would, and provided a superb "deep cleaning". We are going to hire them to come once a month now for standard cleaning. They are professional, polite, and excellent at what they do. This company is great and I cannot recommend Maria and her team of professionals enough!

Maria was the 3rd company I hired for a deep cleaning. It's too bad she wasn't the first because she and her team were amazing! I have a very difficult house to clean because of clutter. They tackled it! The other 2 services were a total waste of money. Maria worked her butt off and was worth every penny! I'm going to use her services every 2 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Cleaned blinds, oven, moved things, did floors amazing, very impressed. When I saw her bringing in ladders, I knew I was finally going to get the deep cleaning I was paying for. Thank you!

Maria and her team did a WONDERFUL job cleaning my home. They went above and beyond and all for a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend MCS Cleaning Services for anyone who wants a clean home!

Great customer service! Maria is eager to please and communicates well about what to expect. Her forte is organizing and she really does that well! The only thing that kept me from giving her a straight 5 stars, was that she was unable to deep clean a few items in the kitchen--behind the fridge, etc. But she and her crew did a very good job of other cleaning. She is a delight to work with!

Very efficient, easy to work with !!

Maria makes it easy and they do a very good job. Great communication about what to expect. I hope this turns into a long lasting relationship.

This is a top notch company. They are very professional but with a personal touch. I have used a few other companies in the past, but MCS is the best by far. Their work is fantastic and I have recommended them to my friends and also use them to clean my mother's house!

Purchased a 5k Sq Ft home the previous owner, with dogs, left in serious deplorable condition. Exception Service! On time, with great friendly staff. They cleaned areas in this home I would not have ever thought to check..they did not miss anything! Maria and her staff made sure every room was prefect!! Their service exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this company with no equivocation to anyone wishing their home be professionally cleaned.

We had two cleaning with this company. The first one went well. After the second one we noticed they were only at our house for 40 mins and didn t show up on time. We have a 4 bedroom, 4 bath house. Floors were not swept or moped, areas were not dusted, and windows still had kids finger prints on them. It seemed as if they did things to make it appear they completed their duties. When we messaged the owner about these issues in the morning she did not reply until late afternoon. She did not apologize for the lack of work completed, did not offer to correct the issues or offer anything to remedy the situation. Once the poor customer care was apparent we advised her that we no longer need her company s lack of service. Her only response was ok and showed no concern for losing business. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Great, personable people who worked without taking a break for 2 plus hrs, Very pleased with them and will be using them again.

Best cleaning service in KC! I have hired Maria on three occasions and will continue to do so! I have been absolutely floored and have even gotten emotional after observing how much she and her team have mastered their craft which can be seen from the final results. The last time I hired her, she did a full deep cleaning of the previous townhome I lived in. That place looked like no one had even moved in and lived in there that whole year! Great customer service and most importantly, I completely trust Maria and her team to be in my home. Definitely the best value for your hard earned buck. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I had multiple cleaning services come and quote my job. I needed a complete deep cleaning top to bottom after a construction project. Fine dust coated everything in my house which is about 4300 sq feet. Maria wasn't my lowest quote. However, she seemed like she truly understood what it would take to get my home clean and dust free. She was very thorough, easy to communicate with, and stood behind her services. I couldn't take the chance on someone else who would come in and only do an okay job. I needed excellence. Maria and team delivered. I highly recommend her for those tough jobs. She is worth her quote and be confident she will leave your home like new! Thanks, Maria!

the most efficiant, detailed and reasonable priced crew I have ever used

MCS is very conscientious about meeting my needs and requests, highly recommended.

Maria does an excellent job- really goes above and beyond. Pricing is excellent as well. Recommended!

They are very attentive to detail and responsive to communication. They were reasonably priced and overall great to work with and professional.

Very quick response. Came out the same day to do an estimate. And fit me into her busy schedule when I needed it! Every one was super friendly and the quality of the work was amazing! Thank you!

Maria and her team did a fantastic job deep cleaning my home and have hired on a recurring basis. I highly recommend.

Don't ever ask if MCS can pledge to be on time! Got a naughty email trying that.
