MCS Exterminating & Pest Control - Home Facebook

Prompt service and reasonable cost.

This is an owner-operates company. Owner Mike showed up as promised and quickly determined from where the intruding ants were entering my home. He explained the process very clearly: he would apply poison gel sparingly and only where it would accomplish the job of luring the critters out to feed on it, and then carry it back to the colony where it would be consumed by all the others, thereby eradicating them all. He told me not to freak out when they began coming out to feed on the gel. They would soon be gone. He stayed about 45 minutes. But he called an hour later to ensure his plan was working. Indeed it was. The gel was covered with ants. A few hours later, they were all gone. And there are no longer any ants anywhere to be seen in my house. Thank you Mike. Mike was very professional. He provided a written contract stating he would return in two weeks to follow up, and that I could call him if anything flared up within 30 days, and he charged less than the two other companies who called me. And these two other companies were already talking â service contractâ without even seeing my place. No thank you. I highly recommend MCS. Mike cares!

We have 2 (maybe 3) wasp nests and some of them were getting into the house so I used Home Advisor to help me find a pro. MCS called us almost immediately after doing the search. They have great customer service, very nice guy (Michael). He showed up on time, clearly explained his plan of action, gave us a 30 day guarantee for an affordable cost of $200 for everything. I am so grateful to have found this business and will use them again in the future. Thank you!
