MCW are real pros. Besides being great with the heavy machinery, and knowledgeable in general excavation, layout, and construction technical aspects - he really separated himself with his communication skills, and by making it easy to do business with. Chris communicates clearly and effectively - pointing out concerns, explaining more complex topics easily, and is very timely. He makes it easy, too: whether via email, text, or phone call he’s reachable and quick to respond. He’s honest and transparent. His quotes broke down line items, and he used an online system (which was very easy to work with). During the actual construction phase he was vocal when needed, and independent otherwise.
