Asphalt Paving Installation
The company did good work, however, make sure you get everything in writing. The contractor did not give me a firm estimate for all of the work performed before he started. He simply gave me a price per square foot. The job was much larger than I estimated. I went WELL over budget.

"Sorry for the mixup Paul you told me there was 5000 sqft feet your contractor installed the road base then you told me to pave all of the road base and it was much more larger than 5000 sqft feet when I called you and told you it was much larger you tried to convince me it was 5000 sqft feet when they was really 8900 sqft and I told you that before we Done the paving look for the mixup we did give you extra asphalt in the with (no charge) and we do appreciate your work thank you Paul :-)"

http://texaschipsealpaving.com Competitive rates, quality work. Up-front, honest. 3 generation business. Used Home Advisor and BBB and found NO complaints. Go to 141 Old Piney Trl, Paige TX and see. Full crew, good equip, good base and quality rock for chip seal. Does not ask for money up front. Walk the project with him afterwards, if satisfied, THEN you pay. Another contractor, although competent, used a hard sell sign-the-contract now ploy, with promises to save me "thousands" by "giving" me leftover material. His price was higher than Matt's.

MCarroll paving was very professional and we really loved his highly competitive rates. Not only were they one of the best value for the money but the service was second to none. Not only does Matt own the company but he also gets down and dirty. He not only is onsite during the work but he also ran some of the equipment. AAA service, I will use Matt again for future projects.

It has only been 5 days. Have to wait to see if it holds up. What is good is that it has a 1 year warranty. And also, had are first Rain and loved that we did not need to deal with mud!!! So far love it. I would recommend, The crew were very friendly, happy and nice worked very well together.

These guys were fast and did what they said they would do. Came back immediately when a bad spot in the black top started to deteriorate and fixed it. would use again.
