There was a miscommunication about the time of the appt. But it was rectified easily and they still completed the work the same day. The were courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Matt arrived to perform a small issue with the dryer vent and not only did he do a great job he fixed the dryer plug in and repaired the door hinge to the laundry room as well. I would utilize Matt any time that I need anything else done.

The contact/dispatch was very personable! The installer made sure I was aware of any delay and was very willing to perform the work even after hours. The willingness to get the job done was seriously evident by all parties involved from MD Appliances. I was quoted a price that was very reasonable and there were NO hidden or extra charges. I was extremely satisfied with the entire arrangement and the results and recommend that others give them a try!!!!!
