The contractors worked with my schedule and budget.

The company was hired to replace my back steps and add a handrail. The workmanship of the steps appears to be outstanding and was done in one day, but they failed to add the needed handrail. I am still waiting for them to return to finish the job. I called twice and was given 2 dates the work would be done but I am still waiting. No communication from the owner to advise of the date/time changes-I keep calling him when he does not come. As it is, my back step is a safety hazard until the handrail is added.

Marcos and Daniel are very nice, professional and thorough. They did a perfect job o our patio roof and new steps.

ONE YEAR LATER: DO NOT HIRE DANIEL OR MARCOS QUINTERAS -- The job looked great AT FIRST -- a year later -- the floor is coming up, the grout is separating from the tub/floor, baseboards are coming loose. BE CAREFUL -- and to get them to come back and repair their work -- they never returned phone calls once they said they would be out by October 1, 2020, to make repairs. Have not heard from them since. They sell you a bill of goods. Our job was a large one -- probably their largest one, and it took them from May 1, 2019 to October 2019 -- they said it would only be 6-8 weeks. I feel like we were cheated out of $60,000. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau and will file a claim. Nancy Leendertse. We had a bathroom and kitchen remodel, along with new flooring and paint. These guys are great and did a beautiful job. We had to wait on some material getting in, so it went a few weeks longer than anticipated, but not their fault. We opted to repaint our existing cabinets and so glad we did. They came out like new. We have had many wonderful compliments not only from neighbors and friends but complete strangers. We will have them back to do a couple more projects and have told them they could use us as a reference and show their work off. Not only was their work good and reasonable, but they are also just downright nice guys and easy to work with!

Kitchen remodel looks very nice, but they had serious problem with installing a dishwasher.
