We had a small leak in our roof near our covered front porch, where water was getting behind the exterior siding and pooling on the porch. We called Matthew to come evaluate and fix it. He checked out the problem, then gave us an estimate of the repairs, while being honest about unknowns which might come up during the repair. After we agreed to the pricing and work, he hired some smaller crews to come and perform the bulk of the repairs (shingle replacement, flashing installation, painting, etc). Matthew came out for the final inspection and listened to our concerns about minor drips which were still happening, and made the final fixes himself (testing with a hose to ensure it was right). The leak hasn't come back, and we're happy with the work! Throughout the process Matthew communicated quickly (mostly via text) and honestly, with transparent pricing. I'm sure I'll hire him again for future projects.

Had MDCL Contracting do our roof and they did a really great job. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and got everything done faster than we expected. They kept us updated through the whole process and cleaned up really well after the job was finished. The roof turned out awesome and the price was fair too, would recommend them
