He was on the job every day with his men providing oversight and ensuring the highest standards with regard to quality of the project, work, details and training of his team. The project was kept on schedule even though there were unforseen issues that required changes and on the spot problem solving. Hiring someone to do a job is easy. Hiring someone to do a job "well" is NOT. Marlin Davis listened to my needs and concerns, most importantly was drainage, and he addressed them all. A week after he replaced my driveway and sidewalk, a hurricane dropped 7 hours of rain in my yard and not a drop came near my doors! He is also fair and reasonable. I will recommend him and hire him again when I have the need.

MD Construction (Marlin) came in behind a contractor who installed a defective driveway In December. Major issues with the previous contractor. The difference between Marlin and the previous contractor was like night and day. Marlin listened to our concerns and responded providing a top quality driveway at a competitive price. To anyone reading this, I don't believe you could go wrong selecting Marlin with DM Construction.

MD Construction did a great job at completing the driveway and sidewalks that we wanted on our property. They showed up on time each day and completed our project in three days. I would recommend MD Construction to anyone needing concrete work done. Marlin is very knowledgeable and will let you know what would work best for your project. He will also give you a fair cost or lower cost than other concrete workers.

Marlin was truly sent from God as we had SO MANY issues and when he arrived on the property and flashed that beautiful smile and walked us through entire process, I knew immediately we would hire him. Well immediate then became almost a month before he actually started the work and he stuck with us the entire time. He started and finished in two days and it looks amazing. His crew is so nice and Marlin is just an Angel from Heaven. We would HIGHLY recommend this Company.
