We highly recommend the guys at Md Custom Const. Our deck needed to be replaced from the ground up. They made it easy to choose the right materials for us. Their professionalism and commitment to the quality of their work is obvious in each detail! They were on time, prepared, considerate snd very hard working. They cleaned up made sure we were happy with each step. We love our new deck and will call Mike and the guys for our next home improvement project!

These guys are top notch! Kenny and his crew are true professionals. They care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their customers. I had a complete basement finishing project (including excavating a portion of the foundation to add a full size window) . They designed the entire remodel and completed the project turnkey. The finished product looks amazing! No job too big for them. Great job guys!

Very easy to work with. Kenny, and his crew did a beautiful job on my handicap ramp and deck. I plan on hiring his company to do other projects. Kenny is very polite and explains the process in detail. I am very pleased with his company. .

The project was a total remodel of the master bath involving new everything --tub, shower, toilet, vanity, granite countertop, tile on shower and floor, drywall, painting, new electrical, glass shower & door, etc. Specialists included electrician, plumber, glass installer, and Mr. Silvester ("Verne"). Verne was terrific--great attention to detail, did beautiful work, always on time, always kept us informed, professional in every way. Time-wise he did about 80% of the work.

I hired MD Custom Construction initially for a kitchen remodel as well as updating paint & carpet in my new home while I was still out of state: I was first impressed by reviews & then more impressed when talking with Kenny (Kenny Smythers, the owner/contractor). By the time my first round of work was finished, I was so happy with both the quality & efficiency of the work that I went ahead with a second round of work with MD Vustom Construction: a bathroom remodel, changing out my front entry door, & refinishing my hardwood floors. Again, all work was done in good time & with quality work. I highly recommend MD Custom Construction and I will hire them again when I need more work done.

I had 2 patios done, off my sliding doors. One was a wood patio, the second was a paver patio. Both were done very well, and I'm very pleased with the results. Would recommend them, and would use them in the future.

Fabulous bunch of guys and they were so thorough in removing, rebuilding and replacing all the decks and stairs on my home. We can't even believe it is our house, it looks so much better. No more painting or staining, yea. Highly recommended. The crew was always willing to do whatever we wanted to keep us satisfied and thrilled with the work and they cleaned up the gigantic mess too.

The owner Kenny is very reasonable in price and gets the job done quickly. His crew was always very respectful and paid closed attention to detail when completing their job tasks. I have used them for many services including, deck repair, inside/outside painting, roof repair and bathroom remodeling. Wonderful company and staff.

Hired to convert an old screened porch into a 365 day sunroom. Got three bids, they were in the middle but so very responsive with such great ratings I went with them......OUTSTANDING work, results and continued responsive same day to all questions or requests:-) Hire this company to have it done right and feel great about it!

All of the workers were pleasant and their workmanship was excellent. I am especially pleased with wood replacement and the paint job.

A prior company had walked off the job and we needed to get our floor completed. The crew installed engineered hardwood, they were very knowledgeable and on time. Thank you for tackling a though job, most would have not.
