Pet urine stains and smell were totally removed!

Jason called immediately after I submitted my online request for carpet cleaning. He was able to come to my home the following afternoon and cleaned the carpets on all 3 levels of my townhome, including the stairs. I didnâ t compare cost elsewhere, so Iâ m unable to comment on value for money. Iâ m pleased with the outcome and Jason was very friendly and personable.

He was friendly, on-time, and did good work. Provides a warranty and offers electronic payment. Plan on using again.

Still have a few spots that were not removed and feel like they should have been spot cleaned or additional attention to them. Jason was very nice....wore a mask the entire time he was here but I think a little more attention should have been paid to the spots..I will try you one more time just to be fair to you, if not any better will not recommend you. The warranty is great so will give you another chance.

They came out early and did exceptional work. Very personable. Worked hard to make carpets look great! TheyWarranty their work. Would recommend!

Ryan came with no company ID or vehicle, never gave me an invoice and had my husband write the check for $175 to him personally. The upholstery work was done too quickly but otherwise was OK - could have gone over the dirtier spots before leaving. I would not use them again.

Service was great & they were able to recommend other services. Decent prices and warranty is a plus

Fast, friendly and convenient service. They did a great job at getting dirt and stains out. They did leave a tire mark on the carpet from where they began.

He was very thorough. He was able to solve serious pet problems with treatments that did not have heavy chemical odors. Exactly what we asked for.

Very nice, flexible hours and dates. Quick service especially if the rooms are empty for a move out or move in. I had about 1800sqft and they were done in an hour.

I think I got taken. Gave me a verbal quit and then all te-sudden added $100. more want he forgot the steps he said. Howell I told him on the phone they needed extra cleaning. Jason was supposed to come back on Saturday but never called or showed up. When the carpets were dry you could still see the dirt. Called again he was on vacation for a week supposed to stop again but never called back. On top of it all As of today I have not received an invoice that he was supposed of had sent on the phone. So Jason did not alone terrible work besides lying to me and promising that he would do it over but never came. So I think he is trying to swindle me. Also did not give me a senior discount which he said he would give me.

Representative was extremely unprofessional. Experience ended with representative and my husband in a shouting match.
