Appliance (Microwave Oven) Installation and Replacement
The person said he knew how to install the microwave under the cabinet. He did not want to move the stove to do the work. He put plastic over the stove as he was doing the work that later caught on fire as we tried to lift the microwave into place. He did not follow the instructions on doing the install from the manufacturer. He drilled in the wrong locations for the mounting bolts. He did not want to cut the tile on the wall before installing the bracket. I am not sure I can mount the microwave on the cabinet after the damage was done. I may need to buy a new cabinet and repair the wall in order for it to be secure. Some of the burnt plastic stuck to the stove. I may need to replace some parts of the stovetop. Do not let this person in your home.
