MDM Landscaping

These 2 are back in a company they opened called GSG. As MDM, They took 50k from us then declared bankruptcy. They left my yard destroyed, the foundation of my house cracked. Ask about the Synagogue. Do your homework, most of these 5 star reviews are from people who never gave a review before. Fake profiles and families. Do your homework, we did not and it caused irreparable harm. Hired these guys, promised a great job, claimed to be experts. The issue with my swale was worse after they did the job. When I called them about the issues they told me they declared bankruptcy. While that may be true they may just be lying to avoid fixing their horrible work.

This is a company that is unable to complete the services that they claim to provide. They will accept your deposit but will not provide the service. Will never answer your calls or email requests. Contracted for a new Fence and Hardscape with Dominic Mxxxxxxx on May 13th, 23. The contracted work was to be performed within 2 to 3 weeks from the contract date. This rating was given on August 17, 2023. I have no scheduled date to do the work. Dominic would not answer phone calls or text messages.

I had my old, wooden deck replaced with Trex decking. When the work was completed, in November, everything was fine. In spring I notice two boards seem to be warping. I called, and the texted to have someone come out and see what could be done. After the text, which was a month after the phone call, I received a message apologizing and promising to send out the connstruction foreman to take a look. After two weeks went by with nothing being done, I wrote and asked when the foreman would be here. After two weeks, I wrote again, asking the same question and stating that I could not justify referring them to anyone else. This is based on lack of communication. It has been two months since the initial contact with nothing having been done.

Talk a good game, but disappear before the contract is signed.

We also use them for Lawn care. Very nice young men. They are extremely responsible, prompt and communicate with customers very well. I would highly recommend them for any lawn, landscaping and snow removal service.
