Their communication skills are excellent. I have gotten several estimates from them very quickly and then the work was very well done. The cleanup was great, too! It s so rare to find a contractor that I feel comfortable with working in my home. We have already booked them for several more jobs on our rental properties. I highly recommend them!

Overall I am happy with the job - painting looks good, quality work, priced fairly reasonably. We had a miscommunication though in that I was told to provide the paint and primer and it turns out he did not approve of the brand\type of primer that I purchased. He insisted that he told me the type of primer to purchase and where to purchase it from, but I don't remember having that conversation. I would prefer that this type of detail be provided in an email or written contract as opposed to a verbal conversation so I would have had something to refer to when purchasing the primer. Other than that, he did a very good job and I would hire M&D again.

The company was prompt and the price was reasonable. The customer service is great. I’ll definitely hire this company again.

they are very helpful in helping you make the right decision. They are not trying to push sells just trying to make sure you get the correct items.
