FIVE STARS! Having my house painted by MDR Home Solutions, LLC was a Five Star experience. I really didnâ t know what to expect. This company had done a few small jobs for me this past spring and I was very pleased with the outcomes, but having my entire house painted came with some high expectations and I was nervous. Best part is that all those expectations were met. I â ll try to keep it simple: The contractor, Matt Rowland, was in charge and really knew his stuff. He kept a daily schedule as well as a larger project schedule. The team arrived like clockwork and wrapped up the day in the same manner. They were efficient and skillful, each member of the team doing whatever it was he did best and then some. I was truly so impressed with their talents and their good manners. What sweetened the project even more, was the high level of knowledge for color and design. Though MDR does not provide design services, I managed to get Mattâ s opinion on several big decisions and the results were a house that fit all my expectations. Lastly, I have to mention how respectful the crew was and how by dayâ s end any mess or debris was gathered and hauled away. What more can I say? This was truly a five-star business experience and I canâ t wait to see what I decide to do next. I know some more attention from MDR Home Solutions, LLC. Will be in the picture. Matt and his team exceeded all expectations on the various painting and repair projects inside our home in preparation for our listing with a local realtor. He and his team were thorough and efficient and extremely professional in providing the highest standard of quality services and definitely increased the value our home. We have used MDR for the installation of flooring, for siding repair and replacement, for the installation of privacy fencing and for the re-modeling of the front porch area of our home. Mat and his team did an excellent job of replacing water damaged windows on my home. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were polite and professional. Their price was fair I think. We highly recommend them to my friends and I will hire them again. They even did some extras work in porch without charge, I did put $20 cash in draw for gas, but they wouldn't take it. This extra work was done after 40 days of main work they did. They still remember that they said will come back some time.

MDR did an excellent job of replacing rotten wood on our home & privacy fence. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were polite and professional. They even did some little "extras" to make sure we were happy, and they stayed late to finish the job. Their estimate was very detailed and fair. We highly recommend them and will hire them again.

Mat and his team had a challenge trying to provide me all the special requests I had for the deck they built for me - but they met the challenge without a doubt. The project was finished on time and on budget, and the deck turned out even better than I had pictured.

They were polite and professional. They worked hard and made a couple trips to the home to complete the job. They worked around furniture to install baseboards and came back to paint them. For the scope of the work the price was fair and I will use them again.
