Mike returned call right away & fixed my computer the same afternoon. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I did not think a fix was going to be possible! I had Mike install an outdoor tv. Nice guy, finished project is fine but I don't think it should have taken 4-5 hours to complete a pretty straightforward project.

"Thank you for your review and I apologize for the delay. 99% of the project was completed within several hours; however, I had to pick up a part from the local hardware store. Unfortunately, the local hardware store was out of the needed part and I had to travel a longer than expected distance to another store. Quality, Customer Service and Value for Money are rated at 3.5; however, only 2 stars?"
