Hired them and Michael was very courteous and seemed very capable. Lead me to believe he would be doing the job himself but another person did. 3 months after job was complete I noticed the guards were not working and water was running behind the guards and over the edge and forming ruts in the soil. I called Michael and he said it takes a while for the coating on top to wear in. Several months later I called several times and got no response. I finally reached him and set up date to come out but he never showed. Since then he will not return my calls. Several vendors who looked at the job said the guards were installed improperly.

Mike Smith, the owner, assured me of competent work and committment. I paid him over $400 for some material and work-he never did the work that we agreed on . He came to my house in June to remove wet insulation-dry for 60-90 days after I had foundation work done to solve the mositure problem. I assumed he removed the insulation and sent him an additional check for the work. Just now I have gone under the house to make sure it was dry so the new insulation can be installed and discovered the old wet insulation had never been removed.He has not reponded to 4 attemps to contact him-took my money-unethical and should not be recommended

I never received a written contract although one was promised. Half payment was required before the job was begun. Full payment was requested before the job was finished. I was promised that because the gutters were damaged, and some damage was due to the removal of the gutters, they would be replaced with new gutters at no additional cost. This was not done. The damaged gutters were simply rehung without repairs despite the fact that the contractor told me that they would leak and lead to additional water damage problems.

It was good they completed the work in a timely fashion. I would have like some feed back on the gutter product that they installed.

they did the job the next day!!. They worked in my budget and understood my immediate needs. They gave me 2 estimates, one for the whole job and one just for the minimum I had to have. It turned out great!!

Very professional; did great work. Appreciated the Military discount; would reccommend them to anyone.
