M.D.S. Masonry

M.D.S Masonry rushed to finish the job, which caused their work to be substandard. The concrete work M.D.S Masonry did on my home started to crack and chip a week after it had been done. When I called the contractor to let him know of the problems, my phone calls were not returned and the contractor failed to come back to complete the job correctly. I would not recommend these guys to any homeowner, unless you won't work to be done that doesn't last and does not look good. Do not waste your money on hiring this contractor. You as a homeowner can do a better job, then these so called professionals.

Matthew was very friendly. He was prepared with all of the required paperwork I requested of him. He gave a fair estimate of the work her was going to do. He was on time and worked long hours to get the job done. He cleaned up all of his materials and left the area spotless. The steps that Matthew put in for my mom looks very nice. It's so hard to find good contactors these days. I will use M.D.S Masonary for my future home projects and have their number in my phone to give out as a referral. Thank You M.D.S. They promptly responded to my request for a free estimate, showed up on time, wrote it up on a proposal and then did exactly what I had asked in a shorter time than estimated. The mason worked very hard to re-mortar brick parapets that were about 30 feet in the air and in an alleyway about 2 feet across. A very difficult job done well.

Prompt reply to inquiry, prompt delivery of estimate, estimate was very reasonable in comparison to other contractors. They were able to schedule me within a week and took my timetable into cosideration. Execeptional work, very hard working, very prompt, worked long hours to get it done and worked to get it done to my complete satisfaction. Very courteous staff. I would highly recommend this company and intend to use them again. First rate on all levels.
