It was a cold & windy day and of the three contractors I had come to my house that day he was the only one to actually go on the roof and see what my problems were. He told me exactly what had to be done and even though he wasn't the least expensive I knew exactly what was being done and what I was paying for. I had five vent pipe seals replaced even though only one was leaking. He showed me all the seals he replaced and they were all rotted. I would not hesitate to use Mark Dally for any future roofing needs.

MDS Services performed repairs to my roof in a timely manner and their level of work was great. The price charged was more than fair. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. I will use Mark and MDS Services for all my roofing needs and recommend them without exception.

He left a quote. We talked on the phone again and scheduled the work. I came home from work and the job was done. I put a check in the door and he picked it up.

MDS called me after receiving my information, scheduled an appt at my convenience and kept the appt. He explained what would be needed and gave me a free estimate to do the job. I called him a few days later and left a message saying I had some questtions and he returned my call the same day and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I decided to hire him for the job and when he realized he would have to postpone the scheduled work day because of rain he called and explained. His crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner and everything seems to be as expected.

Job was well done. Work included replacing all existing gutters and downspouts. Capping and installing new vinyl and aluminum on the soffit, facia, gabbs and eaves. Cleaned up was performed after every work day. The workers were good workers, who were very nice and respectful. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and with the workers who did the work.

Was patient with Homeowner, and had a nice and professional demeanor. Work was done a day after initially scheduled, but his crew came back the following week to finish job after homeowner did not have enough material, which was nice.

Nice guy, didn't do a hard sell on additional products, was prompt and did a good job at a fair price.

He did a great job! He even cleaned the glass on the skylights and did some minor repairs to the gutters. Definitely recommend!

We had a small siding job which I didn't think most companies would want to take on. Dave got in touch with us promptly, put us on the schedule and did a first class job. Since it involved replacing ten year old siding, I was concerned about a match, but Dave got the perfect color. It looks great!

My experience with Amark, was great the work on my garage was completed so nice you would never know I had a problem with my siding. Amark came in and completed the work needed. I was very satisfied with their service. Amark also clean up everything it looked just like new!
