M&D Siding, LLC

M&D Siding was quick, friendly and very reasonably priced! We had such trouble getting someone to repair our siding until we used home advisor and connected with M&D Siding. David and his crew came out a day earlier than expected and the siding is perfect again after just a few hours of work. Would recommend and use them in the future.

When I needed someone to fix the siding to my house M&D Siding, LLC responded quickly and completed the work at a diffident time. I was pleased with how fast my work got done. And the price was fairly reasonable.

Very efficient and organized. They gave me a reasonable quote for the repairs I needed for siding, waterproofing and flashing repairs on my chimney. They were able to do the work the next day. The works appears to be a quality job. I will see in time if the waterproofing works. I would recommend them for any siding work.

Very pleased with the work. I did have to follow up on things a couple times when I was told something would be sent by a certain time (estimate, schedule) but did not arrive. Otherwise estimate was fair and work was done well.

When you need a Pro that's privately owned & managed and HONEST... call David ! He is hands-down The Best small business owner with big business years of experience. I Highly recommend David & his crew. He took the time to assure me that the HOA requirements were met; meanwhile the "other guys" quoted me specs that were non-compliant because they didn't have the interest for such a small job like mine. Not mean to be negative- but David 's wheelhouse fit my budget, needs perfectly and recommend him & his crew HIGHLY. I will be calling him again for deck and other other repairs. David was really responsive and did a great job. The job was completed quickly and the work was high quality. Would definitely hire him again for future projects.

The company removed the stucco, fixed the water damage and applied the new siding. The front of the house has stone front which has water damage. They removed the water damaged portion of the stones, fixed the structure and applied the new stone and worked hard to match perfectly. Changed the gutter system with larger size gutters.

It was a horrible experience. I had a leak around the flashing of my chimney. He said he does that all the time and will take care of it. He said the flashing was fine and would caulk and seal it. Clearly it leaked. Upon calling him back he said he will fix it. Again it rained and leaked again. I found hardware store grade caulk empty bottles strewn all over my garden and my front lawn. He did not even bother cleaning up and did a horrible job. I am not sure he is a roofer but rather a scam artist. Looking for quick cash. I called him again, and he said he was in a meeting. He tried to prove it by sending me a picture, but he was at a large Arena that appeared to be a rock concert. Thank goodness I never paid him. Do not hire this guy. Horrible and clueless.
