The price was fair and the work done looks excellent. Some poor weather delayed the job by a day but they came out the very next day to do the work. I would recommend M&D.

At 1PM on a Sunday, HomeAdvisor recommended M&D Siding and I was in contact with them. David came to the house, gave me a fair estimate and the siding repair was completed by 3PM. David was professional and friendly to work with. If needed he will be the contractor I contact and refer.

I had an urgent siding repair/replace. The piece at the very top of my house had blown off after a recent storm leaving part of my attic rafters exposed. I needed someone out ASAP and David responded immediately. He was polite, professional and did what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it. He came out and looked at the damage and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He came out the very next day to do the work and it was flawless. Matched the rest of the siding perfectly and he did it in what seemed to me to be record time. A great experience with this pro. I'd hire this outfit again in a second.

M&D Siding responded very quickly. They were very professional and did a very good job right away. Wind storms took down siding in a few spots and the job was done the same day M&D came out. Only negative is the cost was a bit steep that I agreed to just to get the damage repaired. After the fact found that I could have used others for much less. However, would not hesitate to use them again in the future for the right negotiated price.

I called him in the morning, we met in the afternoon and he had the work completed the next day.

David is amazing. Shows you everything you need to make informed decisions. Fast responses and wonderful manners. He did our roof and will hopefully be using in future for gutters and siding.

I needed a gutter extension and pipe for my sump to be repaired. They had torn completely off in the wind in a storm. The day David arrived for my estimate, he was able to fix it and everything is back to normal again! It looks wonderful!! And the price was reasonable!! Thank you!!

Spoke to David Perez on Saturday, he was at my house to give me an estimate on Monday morning, and the roof was fixed Monday afternoon. Couldnâ t ask for better service!

M&D did an incredible job on getting our gutters fixed, fixing a leaking dormer, and cleaning up/painting the inside where the dormer leaked at a great price. David, the initial contact was very professional and went out of his way for us. His workers were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend the company and employ them for additional work.

Overall these guys were great. I had a leak and they got me in to fix it quickly. Their cost was around the other quotes, but they were very responsive and returned calls quickly. The guys did a great job and cleaned up well after.

Of all the contractors I contacted for a quote, M and D were the most professional and timely in their communications. David returned my call the same day, came to our house to look at the job the next day, and provided a detailed estimate within a few hours. The pricing of the job was as good--and in most cases better--than other quotes we received. The men working on the job were also very professional and courteous. They were efficient in getting the job done and left the area clean and neat. Our gutters look great and since we have had heavy rain after the installation, I can say with confidence that the gutters work perfectly!
