MDT Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

My home warranty company assigned me to this company for my heating system tune-up. They came to my house, said there was a problem with my boiler so they would not be able to do the work that day but they would order the necessary part and come back. I was charged for their visit where nothing was done and have not heard back from them since they've been at my house. Me and my home warranty company have called them several times and have gotten no response.

MDT was hired to repair our AC, they were scheduled to some to our house yesterday between 12 and 4pm and NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE CALLED, NO EMAILS. Total waste of time, look elsewhere for service!!! Buyer Beware...

They were very courteous and on time. We had been without air for 4 days die to another companies failure to schedule right. MDT stepped up, came out and fixed the problem.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the project. Mark was quite prompt in responding my HomeAdvisor request. He has a professional yet comfortable and very amiable style and was extremely informative. He easily diagnosed the problem and was able to promptly identify and replace the faulty part -- and my in-floor heating is back in action. He also better educated me to the system and system maintenance needs than any other contractor I've had in the past - including the contractor that installed the in-floor heating. High quality service at a competitive price --- can't beat that! He also was able to discuss my concerns about replacing the boiler and questions about air-conditioning options for an old radiator-heated house. Can't wait to start tackling those issues, and with MDT, I've got a great partner! I definitely recommend MDT to you for your HVAC needs.

The MDT techs were superb in customer service. They promised 1-2 days and they kept their promise. The initial accessment took about an hour and half and the tech was thorough in explaining the current condition of my systems. They answered all my questions which were many! The systems were original and was in need of major replacing (not repair). I had spread the word amongst my friends the price I was quoted and they were astonished. I getting new systems would make me feel safe in my home and decided to go with the project. I want to thank MDT for an excellent experience. I definitely recommend these guys for furnace, central air and water heaters by the way all these items I needed replacing. Now, I can relax!

I highly recommend Mark. I've used him many times. I appreciate that he cleans up after himself, is quiet, respectful, and is an all around good guy!

I rarely provide reviews - but in this case I feel obliged to - the service was that good! Mark came to fix our furnace at very short notice, arrived promptly, was very courteous and knowledgeable and had the problem fixed fast. Charge was reasonable. This is a family owned business, they really seem to care about their work and reputation, and are honest and highly experienced at their work. I highly recommend them!
