We really wanted to work directly with the contractor instead of a sales person. MDT was very responsive to our needs and changes, and provided design assistance. The complection of our remodel was done in half the time others estimated. We added complete remodel of our master bathroom, re-piping of our house and roofing too. Our kitchen and master bath is amazing. We highly recommend MDT.

As an investor I hired MDT,Inc to do a major remodel on a home of mine. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done they were also up to date on all of the latest trends in home design. I was blown away by the professionalism (on time, took my calls/called back in a timely manner etc.) My home turned out beautifully and I have received many compliments from neighbors and friends. I highly recommend them for your home or an investment property you're looking to flip. Their remodels will definitely yield you a profit.

I am a real estate investor and have done many flip projects with MDT, Inc. I enjoy working with this team because they are prompt, available and the quality and knowledge is there. Often times contractors lack on their finish work but I do not have these issues with this company. I am very happy with my results and highly recommend MDT.
