MDT Redecoration & Repair

Marco is a true pro. He is resourceful and so competent. Moreover, he was mindful of our budget and made suggestions to save us money. He does beautiful work but is so modest and honest. We feel very lucky to have found Marco. He will be the person that we will go to for all of our renovation needs. I recommend him without reservation.

I am very unhappy with Marco Rodriquez of MDT. He said he would remove a partial wall for $900. When he had the wall down in 1/2 hr. and said he would come back and do the finish work, I paid him $450 .I called him to renegotiate the price when I realized the job was not as complicated as I had been led to believe. He said he didn't want to finish the job but would send me back some money. He never did. So he earned about $45 a MINUTE for my job and wasn't even that careful. The cabinets he removed were ripped out--not sure we can reuse them. BEWARE.

The contractor was very prompt in returning my call and was very flexible in meeting to price out the job. He was also very quick to get the repair done and haven't had any issues with it since.

Mr Rjodriquez did a fantastic job with my project. He made himself available on a Sat. and was very professional. I was very pleased with his work and have already recommended him to others. I plan to contact him for future projects.

Marco was great - very helpful and friendly. We had some difficulty with getting started on time, but otherwise very satisfied with the work and the whole experience. Will definitely come back next time.

Did a good job refinishing a table and repairing a chair for me. Was readily available and willing to come to the house to look at the work to be done. Finished the work when promised. When finish on table was not quite right he came to remedy it promptly.
