We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you felt frustrated with certain aspects of your move. We take your concerns seriously and would like to provide some clarity based on our records. The initial estimate signed on November 13, 2025, was for $4481.89 based on the inventory provided at that time (1004 cubic feet). During the quality assurance process, additional items were added to the inventory, which increased the volume to 1341 cubic feet. This resulted in an updated binding estimate of $6982.98, which was signed on December 6, 2025, prior to the pickup on December 9. Binding estimates are based on the specific items and volume listed, and any additions (as noted in the terms you agreed to) adjust the total accordingly. We regret if this process caused any confusion. Regarding the delivery on December 10, we apologize for the issues with the helpers and the need to reassemble the sectional sofa yourselves. We're also sorry for any items that arrived damaged. If damages were noted on the inventory at delivery, or if you'd like to file a claim under the selected valuation coverage, we're here to assist with that process. As for the payment concern after delivery, our records show no additional charges were attempted or processed beyond the agreed amount. If there's any discrepancy on your statements, we'd be happy to review your account in detail.
