We are SO happy with Mike and his team from MDW. This was our first time doing a remodel and believe me when I say we were so nervous about choosing the right company. We watched tons of HGTV shows and we never truly realized all that comes along with working on a house. Mike surpassed our expectations many times over. He really made us feel comfortable and secure with our decision to do this remodel. MDW did a phenomenal job with removing a wall and providing a sound structural support for our home. On top of that they tiled our whole house (1650sq), moved water lines, electrical work, patch work, just about everything we needed, they provided. Mike was ALWAYS forth coming, honest and worked with us on our budget. His team was always on time, courtesy of our time and very clean. These guys were neat, organized and very clean. Every night they cleared and cleaned to prep for the next day. I never felt like I was coming home to a mess. We are beyond impressed with his work and are in love with our remodel. I would recommend Mike over and over again!

Mike and his team at MDW are hands down the best in the business. We have been absolutely amazed at their quality of work, and attention to detail in all phases of our project. We have a 17,000 sq ft fitness club, and made major upgrades to the facility recently with the help of Mike and his team. The professionalism they displayed was exemplary from the time we first met to discuss the project until the time the project was complete. MDW will exceed all of your expectations. They listen to your guidance, they provide very thorough advising, they are always on time, they keep you informed of the status at all times, and they are incredibly clean! Waited a bit to review to see how it held up, but here it is. Had MDW build and install a custom fireplace mantle, complete with hidden access panels to allow us to run wiring from all of the electronics that sit on top. After almost two years, it still looks like new and is extremely functional. Had them come back out for additional projects recently and I am super satisfied with the quality and value.

Mike answered his phone when we called, arrived on-time for both the quote and the work day. He and his crew worked quickly and were completely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. We had 2 other people quote the job and Mike was the least expensive. Mike was the only professional that suggested we did not need pre-hung doors in 2 of the 3 doors, which saved us money. After using him once, he's the guy we will use for other home projects.

I used the company MDW Construction Special Projects, and highly recommend Mike Whisenand, for the great work he did for me, he was very efficient and cleaned up all the mess, I am very pleased with his work.
