I got an estimate to replace five boards in my garage for $525. It is basically $105 per board with labor. The repairman only had to use 4 boards to fix the damage to the garage because he showed up with 8 inch wide boards and all the other boards on the garage are 4 inches - so we ended up with one 12-foot long, 8-inch wide board left over. The repairman asked me if I wanted to keep the extra board. I informed him that not only did I not need it, but I also did not have a place to store it.  So he took it with him. But they still charged me $525. And you know, they will sell that board to another customer. I do not mind that he showed up with boards that are clearly not the same size as the rest of the garage (even though he came out and measured them first, a couple of days before) because the damage was on the side of the garage that faces my backyard, not the street. So no one will see it but me. But to come out with the wrong size boards, and charge me full price when he ended up keeping one of the boards instead of subtracting it from the total? That is the kind of business practice that will keep me from ever using them again or recommending them to others.

I needed a repair done to my facia and soffit. I contacted Danny Wences and he came out. While talking with him about the repair he mentioned he did other work besides roofing. I had him fix the roof, repair several holes in my Sheetrock and replace a fence section. He was timely, professional, fair in cost, and did an outstanding job overall! I would highly recommend his company to anyone! I will be using his services again!

MDW did a great job roofing our home and garage apartment. They were very efficient and professional from beginning through cleanup.

They were a little more expensive than my first quote but I am glad I went with them. They were professional, efficient and respectful of the surrounding landscaping. I had one miscommunication via his electrician that he wanted to have the electrician come back out but I opted to let it be. The roof expansion looks great.

I recently had MDW Roofing and Remodeling replace the siding on a property that I own. They did a top-notch job. I can not be more pleased with their work. They were not the least expensive of the quotes that I received, but they included things like replacing all of the soffits and fascia boards as well as wrapping the house in Tyvek, which made their quote much more attractive. I did notice one unsightly line during the construction where the siding meets the garage roof. I pointed this out to Danny W. He had already made note of it, and upon my re-inspection, the work had been redone and the line cleaned up. It is hard to find this level of quality nowadays. MDW does good work!

The construction team was always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. My deck was built exactly like i wanted. I will never hire anyone else for my construction needs.

Danny was great to work with. He got me a quote right away and once hired got started right away. Part way through the job I added to what was being done and he adjusted his bid and completed the job with a great crew. Hi Dad and brother were part of the crew so I liked that it was a family business. They were super professional and cleaned up at the end of each day so we didn't have to look at the mess. By the way we had new siding put on and had 4 over window dormers removed from the roof to give it a nice clean line. The siding we chose was fiber cement.

Very professional, cleaned up all roofing debris and some old lumber I had laying around. Finished in one day.
