I hired Mid Atlantic in March. They started the job on April 8, I was told that this job would be completed in four days. The job was completed on May 23. A part of the job was completed incorrectly. The planter i had them install was not built to the sqpecifications stated in the contract. I called Mid Atlantic to have them correct the problem. Each time I called I was told someone would be out to make the repairs. No one ever came. I called them eleven times and received the same response. A I notified Angi regarding Mid Atlantic not honoring their contract. Once Angi got involved, Mid Atlantic finally made the repairs on September 3rd.

Mid Atlantic was the sub crew for your job so we wouldn't of gotten your response at md concrete and paving as we were there ones that you hired we do apologize for the disconnect but our number would be 443-831-5722 call us if you need anything

I have not been able to get in touch with the company. And they do not call me back to let me know when they are going to start. I have already paid them $3750. Difficult getting in touch with the company.

My chimney had leaks and missing bricks as well as debris growing in it. The work was so seamless, you canâ t tell where the new bricks mesh with the old. Everything was done in a timely manner in one day as promised!
