Designer Interior Lighting Plan
Paul Marshall and his assistant did a fantastic lighting job in our home. They added ceiling lights in our living room which had been very dark. Also in our foyer. All on dimmers . They needed a 14 foot ladder because our ceiling s very high. No problem for them! We are really enjoying our "new" living room now!! Meredith & David

He was the best! He repaired my landscape lighting and repaired my indoor fan that was making noise. He was not cheap, but you pay for what what you get.

Paul was a consummate PRO. He was very concise in his work and completed the job in less time that I thought it would take! His helper, Rick, was just as good as Paul with his 40 years in business. I would recommend Paul and Rick in a Heart Beat!!!!

he was not perpared, had to go to home depot and was extremely expensive, and when i asked him if he could finish the job he wanted more money, i had to finish it myself

Paul is easy to communicate with and very responsible. We talked initially and he gave me a reasonable quote, I called him back to hire him for the job and it was finished within a day or two from start to finish. The reason for lower ratings was that I had hoped he would install the new plug in the wall instead for inside the cabinet under the sink. I am guessing that would have taken a lot more time, so he put up a metal box and the plug inside the cabinet. It is serviceable, but not great from an aesthetics perspective.

Paul replaced a faulty GFI outlet on our patio that had been causing some problems with lighting in the kitchen and two bedrooms; he did a check of our electrical panel as well. We also needed some advice regarding 3 other electrical changes/projects in lighting. Paul had some great ideas which we will explore further with him--he has a great design sense; he also has a good resource for dry wall repair after light installation. We will be setting up further project appointments with him.

Great contractor. The only downside is that he doesn't take credit cards. However, the actual work is top notch. I would definitely recommend him. I plan to use him again.

This man is excellent at what he does. He really knows lighting and wastes no time in analyzing what problems exist. I would give a five star for the value as our problem has existed for a long time, but he seems a bit ( only a bit) expensive. Despite that fact, we would have him do more work for us.

We bought a condo and discovered previous electrical updates were not done properly. Our lights and switches did not always work; trying to do a simply fix on our own revealed troubles beyond our capability. We hired M Design as he called immediately and we liked his experience and ratings. We were not disappointed. He repaired our switches and got us up and running quickly - and he came out in the evening after dinner. We will bring him back to repair the remaining electrical issues.
